IS&T...You were very easy to work with and receptive of what little knowledge I had of the system.  You put things together quickly and I am very thankful you took the time to jumps right in and resolve the issue.

I can't tell you how impressed I was with you guys, how you jumped right in without hesitation to help me out.  Especially being that this was the very first time we had every spoken!
